Bench Fitting Technician

We are currently seeking a Bench Fitting Technician to be based in our Service Workshop.

Applicants should have a sound mechanical Engineering background with experience of fitting bearings and gears to close tolerances. Preference will be given to candidates with recognised qualifications and proven multi skilling abilities as some aspects of the job require basic electrical knowledge. However, college leavers who can demonstrate an Engineering aptitude and willingness to learn will also be considered. Residence within the Rotherham / Sheffield areas would be an advantage.

REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGERS

Nikken Kosakusho Europe Ltd are looking for enterprising and self-motivated individuals to become Regional Business Managers.

Previous sales experience would be a definite advantage but not essential as full product and sales training would be provided if required. The individual should have a sound engineering background with knowledge of CNC machining and modern manufacturing processes. Service Engineer

Nikken Europe are currently seeking an experienced Service and Installation Engineer to prepare, install and maintain our range of rotary tables on customer sites throughout the UK and occasionally Europe.

Working from home but coming in to our office / workshop when not on site this is a varied and challenging position in a fast paced environment.

The role would suit a time served Engineer educated to HNC level (or similar) in Electrical Engineering, who also has the ability to carry out Mechanical repairs to a high level of accuracy. Machine tool industry experience is essential as is familiarity with the common controls, drives and motors such as Fanuc, Heidenhain and Siemens. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of successful fault finding and repair on customer sites as well as experience of fitting additional axis capability to existing machines.

On the job and in house training will be provided and may include European travel for training courses on our range of tool presetter machines.

Graphic Designer

NIKKEN Kosakusho Europe Ltd. are looking for an individual to join our busy marketing team, responsible for the total corporate image from literature to website, exhibitions and everything in between. Main tasks will be to design and prepare promotional literature, create product presentations, technical support documentation and updating the company website and Social Media channels. The role will involve liaising with people at all levels of the organisation and dealing with external printers and suppliers where necessary.

You will be qualified to a minimum of a HND or Degree level and fluent on computer systems. Ideally fully conversant in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of web publishing would be an advantage but is not essential.

A technical bias and interest in engineering would be an advantage but not essential as full product training will be provided.
